Newly built cottage in a beautiful rural setting at the southern end of Lamlash village. 8-10mins walk to village. Enclosed garden front and rear. The cottage is traditional stone and slate built (completed 2008) with tiled floors and underfloor heating throughout downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms are fully carpeted. The cottage provides category 3 disabled access.

GROUND FLOOR:

Open plan lounge and dining/kitchen. Plasma tv and dvd/cd player.
A twin bedroom.
Wet room with wc.
Large heated utility/drying room.

UPSTAIRS:

Double bedroom (king size bed).
Single bedroom.
Family bathroom finished in travertine stone.

The cottage is on the periphery of a working farm with horses. Bring your horse on holiday with you and enjoy our beaches and countryside on horseback. It is also on one of Arran's many cycle routes and at the beginning of various forestry walks.

Change over day is Saturday.
Guests are required to vacate the property by 10am.

We offer short breaks and flexibility of day of changeover outwith peak booking periods.
