Drawell is a traditional well equipped cosy cottage which is full of character and on a working beef and sheep farm but within its own private gardens and surroundings.

Accommodation

The lounge has oak beams and panelling and a wood effect electric stove housed in a rustic brick inglenook fireplace. Colour TV and video, CD player / radio / cassette player.
The beautifully fitted kitchen has lots of natural light. Electric hob and oven, microwave and washer. Separate pantry with fridge and freezer.
Two bedrooms, one king sized double and one twin bedded room. Both rooms have spectacular views of the Lune Valley and the Howgills.
New fitted bathroom with bath, WC, hand basin and shower.

Facilities

All rooms with oil central heating and a combi boiler so plenty of hot water.
All bed linen and towels, and electricity included in the price.
Welcome pack on arrival.
Cot and highchair available.

Outside

The cottage has beautiful gardens and patio areas both to front and rear of the property. There is also a barbecue and patio furniture, and ample private parking.
Breathtaking views from all windows and from all angles in the gardens, stunning views of the Howgill Fells and the Lune Valley.

Location

Ideal base for touring or walking the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District or just the place for a nice relaxing break.
Approximately 2 miles to local village for pubs, shops, garage and post office.
