 Guests returning to Dove Farm comment on the 'home from home' feeling they get when staying in these three award-winning, holiday cottages. The properties are grouped together with a business/dining room around a secluded patio garden. This makes them perfect for larger family groups, or friends planning a reunion. Weekend breaks and short breaks available all year round.
Accommodation Dove Farm cottages sleep around 18 guests in 7/8 bedrooms. (One of the living rooms has a sofabed, and may be used as an additional bedroom). Dove Farm has excellent disabled access, for those guests with special mobility needs. Most of the interior space is ground floor, with wide doorways and uncluttered layouts. There are wet-room style showers in two cottages, and the garden area is hard surfaced and level. Dove Studio provides an impressive dining room for special occasions and dinner parties, with room for 18 around one table. Catering for dinner parties can be arranged, to enable guests to get out of the kitchen and make the most of their farm stay! Dove Farm makes an interesting business venue, for meetings, teambuilding and corporate hospitality. The flexible studio room comfortably accommodates around 25 in a more informal layout, which makes it ideal for training events and workshops. There is ample parking on-site. Guests can relax and stroll along the farm and riverside trail, as well as enjoy other scenic walks from the farm gate. All kinds of animals to see, from cattle and sheep, to alpacas and donkeys. Guests should bear in mind that this is a working farm, with some areas strictly out of bounds, for the safety of guests. Location - Just 5 miles from Ashbourne, gateway to the Peak District, and only 4 miles from Alton Towers, Dove Farm is within easy reach of all major visitor attractions in Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
