This cosy detached cottage provides warm and welcoming accommodation. Recently built, it combines the comfort of the new with the attractive features which include exposed beams. Quietly situated, the cottage is next door to the owners' home and small pottery studio. A range of shops and two pubs, both serving food, are just a few minutes walk away. The cottage has fully enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars.

 Ground floor Sitting/dining room - comfortably furnished, dining table and chairs, TV with Freeview Digibox and radio/CD player, multi-fuel stove, French doors to enclosed garden. Kitchen - with electric cooker, microwave and fridge, iron and ironing board, use of owners' washing machine on request. Bedroom 3 (photo above) - double bed with TV. Shower room - shower, basin, WC. Utility room - freezer. 
First floor Bedroom 1 - double bed. Bedroom 2 - two single beds. Bathroom - wash basin, bath, W.C. Facilities Bed linen, duvets, towels, (including tea and beach towels) are provided. Electricity and heating by night storage heaters and fuel for the multi-fuel stove are included in the rental. A wide selection of books, including local OS maps. A selection of board and card games. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Non-smokers only. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. East Harling lies close to the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder and is well placed for visiting many attractions. Just a 5 minute drive brings you to Thetford Forest and the heath lands of the Brecks, where an abundance of flora and fauna, including red and roe deer can be seen as you walk or cycle along the many woodland paths. Less than 15 minutes in the car will take you to Bressingham Steam Museum, St.Georges whisky distillery, Snetterton race track, Banham Zoo, the World Horse Welfare Centre, Knettishall Heath Country Park, Redgrave and Lopham Fen nature reserve, home of the rare raft spider, and the start of the Peddars Way long distance footpath.
The historic city of Norwich, with its cathedral, over 50 medieval churches, riverside walks and boat trips is just over 20 miles away, along with the waterways of the Norfolk Broads. The cathedrals of Ely and Bury St Edmunds are less than an hour's drive. The university city of Cambridge and many miles of the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline, with its beautiful sandy beaches and internationally renowned bird reserves, can be reached in about an hour.
