This cosy detached cottage provides warm and welcoming accommodation. Recently built, it combines the comfort of the new with the attractive features which include exposed beams. Quietly situated, the cottage is next door to the owners' home and small pottery studio. A range of shops and two pubs, both serving food, are just a few minutes walk away. The cottage has a fully enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars.

East Harling is an attractive Norfolk village steeped in history. Lying close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border it is well placed for visiting many attractions. Just a 5 minute drive brings you to St.George's whisky distillery, Thetford Forest and the heathland of the Brecks, where an abundance of flora and fauna, including red and roe deer can be seen as you walk or cycle along the many woodland paths. Less than 15 minutes in the car will take you to Bressingham Steam Museum, Banham Zoo, the World Horse Welfare Centre, Knettishall Heath Country Park, Redgrave and Lopham Fen nature reserve, home of the rare raft spider, and the start of the Peddars Way long distance footpath.

The historic city of Norwich, with its castle and cathedral, over 50 medieval churches, riverside walks and boat trips, along with the waterways of the Norfolk Broads, is just over 20 miles away. The cathedrals of Ely and Bury St Edmunds are less than an hour's drive. The university city of Cambridge and many miles of the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline, with its beautiful sandy beaches and internationally renowned bird reserves, can be reached in just over an hour.
