Since our home was first made available for rental in March 2008, we have welcomed many family groups. They have sent us wonderful messages including:
 'your home is perfect and in an ideal location'
'we had a great week in Skye. Can't really think of
anything that would have improved it'.
Others have said:
'Home from home with the added bonus of stunning
views and peace & quiet.
'Our first visit to Skye and what a wonderful place
it is'.
'We will definitely be coming back'.
For those who love wildlife, we often see Red Deer, Gannets and numerous other sea-birds from the house. Last July we spotted 20 Bottlenose Dolphins and several seals close to shore in the cove below the house, by Spar Cave and we had a number of close encounters with Otters in the same place.
Since June 2008, Basking Sharks, Minke Whales and Golden Eagles have been spotted by our guests nearby.
We look forward to welcoming you to Dounhuila in 2012.
