One minute walk to the beach, ten minutes walk to town, five minutes Walk to the nearest spar shop and three minutes walk to the Famous Palace Hotel and Casino. Horse trams, buses and taxi stop right outside the front door of the apartment Block. Or you can stroll along the promenade to town; at the end of which the Bus Station and the Sea Port can be found. The airport is 20 minutes by car and 25 by bus.

BARS AND RESTAURANTS and entertainment are all within easy walking distance and just along the promenade can be found the Gaiety Theatre and the Villa Marina with entertainment cafe and beautiful gardens. There are 5 excellent Golf Courses on the island which make this a must for keen golfers. There is also immediate day membership on the door of the Casino which has its own bars, entertainment, indoor swimming pool and gym (open all year round). Steam Train and Electric tram are also close by and Golf Courses a short distance.

THE APARTMENT has entry phone, Post Box, underground parking and private Patio and since it does not face the Promenade, it is Quiet and Secluded. This apartment is also suitable for disabled with wheelchair access.
