Parking (completely off the road), rotary clothes line and grassed sit out area. Glorious views of CADER IDRIS range of mountains.

Very modern two bedroomed cottage built Spring 2000 - awarded 4 Stars by Wales Tourist Board.
One bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. Lounge with TV/video. Fitted dining kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, all kitchen equipment.
There are steps up to the house which gives it an elevated position with glorious views of the countryside and CADER IDRIS range of mountains.
Parking layby at bottom of steps.
Not suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
 
All properties are within easy walking distance of DOLGELLAU and within 8 miles of the beach.
