 Our self-catering holiday cottages nestle in the wildlife valley of Dittiscombe, South Devon - the perfect setting for a holiday all year round. We are close to the beautiful beaches of Start Bay, the historic village of Slapton, and the South West Coast Path. - Six stone cottages with private gardens and country views.

Our six stone-built cottages look out over rolling hills and woodlands. Each is individual in character with traditional features, and offers comfortable accommodation to ETC 4-star standards: - The Owlery (see second photo from top), sleeps 2, includes a woodburner, kingsize bed and airbath;
- Honeysuckle (see photo above), sleeps 2, also with a woodburner and airbath;
- Buddleia (see photo just above), sleeps 4, with woodburner;
- Rafters (see photo below right), sleeps 4, is open plan with south facing garden;
- Dovecote (see photo below left), sleeps 4, with woodburner;
- Willows, sleeps 6, with south facing garden (see top photo).
 
There are many attractions and coast and country activities close-by:  - We are within 30 minutes' drive of several coast and moorland golf courses and we offer our guests a 25% discount off golf and leisure facilities at the Dartmouth Golf & Country Club, just 10 minutes away by car.
- There is a wonderful variety of walking, both coastal and inland. From your cottage door at Dittiscombe you can leave your car and take the local green lane walk to the beautiful beaches of Start Bay, the historic village of Slapton, and the national nature reserve of Slapton Ley (see picture).
- Both Salcombe and Dartmouth are within easy reach, and offer estuary cruises or boat hire. Kingsbridge and Totnes, both good shopping centres, are about 6-8 miles away. Several National Trust houses and gardens such as Colyton Fishacre, Greenways, Overbecks and Saltram all lie within easy reach of us.
