Well what a find! The Studio is a fantastic hideaway in a glorious location. We are so impressed with the thought that has gone into making this such a lovely place to stay and feel we have found a bolt hole to return to over and over again, only a hop skip and jump from home. But what a difference that hop skip and jump makes!! Jo and Chris, Wolverhampton.
We have been here before, in this month - twice. It is this Studio, in this County, that has taught us to embrace an English November with gusto. So thank you again, Beth and Martin, as all other devotes and passing travellers to this haven - our batteries and hearts, are once again re-charged. - Kim and Nigel, Kenilworth.
The 2012/13 Quality inspection has again given us a very complimentary report and confirmation of our 4* rating. "Very good accommodation in a rural setting complemented by very good standards of customer care."

The Studio was built and furnished to very high standards which reflect the quality of the owner's Swedish House providing everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
We care deeply for the environment and our guests. The welcome pack includes my home made scones and Cider from the local cider makers and if you are lucky, a pot of homemade jam or free range eggs. We recycle and compost everything possible, have double and triple glazing and a whole house ventilation system.
This is England as it used to be with miles of country walks, wonderful bird life, and in the winter crunchy leaves under foot and the smell of woodfires in the grate.
So stop at the village pubs for a local pint and a good meal by a roaring fire, before returning to your triple glazed, centrally heated studio appartment for a lovely night's rest. The Butchers Arms was awarded a "Bib Gaumand" award for good food at moderate prices, in the 2010 Michellin guide and we recomend it highly. The Crown is just round the corner and serves really good pub food and takeaways.
It is a real pleasure to provide the base for a wonderful holiday in the heart of the unspoiled British countryside, close enough to enjoy the many Festivals and attractions in the Three Counties, but buried in the green woods and valleys where you can just relax and unwind, in the knowledge that there is an excellent eating pub within walking distance.
If you are planning a walking, canoeing or cycling holiday, we have secure storage in our garage for your equipment and bikes as well as drying facilities for your outdoor clothing and boots. There is no extra charge for this. You also have access to washing maching and tumble dryer in the owner's utility room.

Like so many before us we have had a wonderfully relaxing time in this lovely apartment. It is so thoughfully equipped and very comfortable, one of the very best we have ever stayed in. We've had a relaxing, enjoyable week and even though coming to Hereford for many years, have visited lots of places we've not been to before. We liked Brockhampton Estate, Brockhampton Church, walking the Marcle Ridge and Mordiford Loop, Eating out at the Butchers Arms and Green Man. Visiting the Weir Garden, Croft Castle and Berington Hall.
We enjoyed watching the blue tits and woodpecker on the nut bag, seeing bats, hearing the owl and looking at the stars. The Studio was everything we hoped it would be.
