 Situated within walking distance of Filey town centre and beach, this delightful bungalow is situated in a quiet location and enjoys superb views from the rear of the property to "The Filey Dams Bird Sanctuary".
Filey is situated on a 5 mile sandy bay which offers safe swimming and extensive walking at low tide including Filey Brigg at the northern end where numerous rockpools can be explored, whilst sea fishing and bird watching can also be enjoyed.
Filey offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes, banks etc. and unlike some seaside resorts has not been overdeveloped. It is within easy travelling distance of Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby, the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Yorkshire Wolds.
 Handy for visiting Flamingoland (theme and animal park), North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Heartbeat Country including Goathland (Aidensfield) and York Minster (1 hour ride).
