Dalnoid Holiday Cottages offer some of the best self-catering in Glenshee. Located in a beautiful part of rural Perthshire, with stunning views over the Shee Water, Mount Blair and towards Glenshee, the cottages are ideally placed for walking and cycling, or touring Royal Deeside, Pitlochry, Dunkeld, the Angus Glens and Blairgowrie.

Accommodation

We have 2 single-storey cottages (Old Steading and New Steading), both sleeping 4 people, which have been completely refurbished to the highest standards.
Dalnoid is set in 6 acres of grounds and there are numerous walks, including the Cateran Trail, Munros and Corbetts on our doorstep. The Glenshee Ski Area is just 12 miles away.
Both cottages comprise a spacious king size double room with en-suite shower-room, twin bedroom, family bathroom and a large living area with modern kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood burning stove.
Each cottage is tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard and has a host of modern facilities including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, TV, DVD player, CD and MP3 player.
From the lounge you can step out through the patio doors onto a large raised deck and enjoy breakfast as the sun rises over Mount Blair or an evening drink and barbecue taking in the stunning scenery.
The cottages have their own enclosed gardens, with access to over 6 acres of grounds.
Both New and Old Steading Cottages are heated by Ground Source Heat Pumps providing all year round underfloor heating and hot water, as well as a wood burning stove for those colder or more romantic evenings. All fuel, logs, linen and towels are included in your holiday cost.
Both cottages have a good supply of maps, books, jigsaws, toys and games as well as sledges in the winter. Secure storage for bikes is available for guests.
