Accommodation is spacious with superb first floor living spaces:

Sitting-room with log fire and balcony looking towards the loch.
Large fitted kitchen-dining room with Aga Cooker and more seating space. Kitchen has been upgraded in 2010 to include an induction hob, oven/microwave and oven/grill.

Outside:

Outside has 5 acres of loch-side land; a stream running through it. A summer-house and loch side seats to watch the sun set.
Paths, play areas, BBQ, bonfire space, fishing and wildlife are all on the doorstep.

Location:

Boats and bikes can be hired locally.
The area is great for touring, walking, fishing, golf, castles and crannogs.
Highland Perthshire has wonderful scenery and Munro's such as Schiehallion and Ben Lawers and views of distant Glen Coe.
The delightful towns of Pitlochry and Aberfeldy (swimming pool and shops) are close by.
Visit Blair Atholl's picturesque Blair Castle and Falls of Bruar.
From Rannoch Station take the train across Rannoch Moor to the West Coast at Mallaig, where the ferry leaves for Skye.
