Dalilea sits on the shore of Loch Shiel and is seven miles from Acharacle, the nearest village. A traditional croft with its own established garden and bounded by a river - no other house is visible, with Ben Resipol to the south and Loch Shiel, to the west. - When the fresh water loch is low, a sandy beach makes an ideal picnic spot.
- The cottage is set amidst the dramatic scenery and wildlife of one of Scotland's most quiet and unspoilt areas.
- There are great walks, biking and day trips around the area and the sea is close-by with white sand beaches.
- For those interested in wildlife and bird watching there is a wonderful diversity, from otters and pine martens to eagles and red throated divers, and an abundance to keep even the most experienced absorbed.
Accommodation The cottage consists of one double and one twin bedroom plus bunked annex, living/dining area (with a wood-burning stove), well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Night storage heating. Pets welcome.
