Dalbrack is a most attractive, traditional period house, located within the small conservation area of Ballater. It has stunning uninterrupted views over the golf course towards the hills and mountains of the Balmoral Estate. The spacious and very comfortable accommodation is bright and sunny and has been fully upgraded.

Ground Floor An attractive sun porch with chairs - ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. Large living room with bay window, oil fired stove, very comfortable sofas TV, Video, DVD and CD player. There are a good selection of books, maps, games, videos and CD's. French doors leading onto: A large modern open plan kitchen dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped with microwave, double oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer and numerous other electrical appliances. Spacious well appointed double bedroom with golf course view. Utility room, equipped with additional fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer sink and drying area. Shower room with basin and WC. Upstairs - Cloakroom with WC.

Ballater, within the Cairngorm National Park, is an ideal centre for a number of different types of holiday from sightseeing to active pursuits such as mountaineering, cycling, golf, fishing and walking. The village has some excellent restaurants and interesting shops which are only a 3 minute walk from the house. Other local visitor attractions include Balmoral Castle, National Trust Castles and Gardens and the famous Speyside Whisky Trail.
