Charming village house, half 1730. Tywardreath, once seashore is the setting for Daphne Du Maurier's "House on the Strand", near Menabilly, "Mandalay" in "Rebecca" at Polkerris Cove en route to the ancient Port of Fowey.

Eden is 10 mins. Fishing village Mevagissey, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and Lostwithiel, once Cornwall's capital, are all close.
Smugglers coves, ancient villages, wonderful woodland and coastal walks.
Stunning views on the half mile walk to sandy beach and country inn. Stroll to pub, shops, takeaway.
Sailing, fishing, golf at Lanhydrock ...and music!
It's always a good time to come to Cornwall!
Also easy train access to Newquay, Truro etc.
