Self-catering accommodation seldom comes as well appointed as these luxury holiday cottages, set in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside, a short walk from the Conservation Area of the pretty village of Hingham, with its exceptional range of Georgian architecture.
Accommodation The cottages, which have VisitBritain 5 star rating, have been furnished and equipped to a high standard with the more discerning visitor in mind and provide comfortable accommodation with central heating and a wide range of other modern amenities in traditional buildings. We have sought to equip our cottages to give them a homely feel and so that guests will be left with the impression that we've thought of everything - certainly attention to detail is a phrase that crops up regularly in the visitors' books for the cottages. Dairy Cottage (pictured here) sleeps six plus two infants (cots and high chairs are available on request, subject to availability). The accommodation comprises: - Two en suite double bedrooms (with ample room for a cot in each).
- Double/twin bedroom with en suite access to family bathroom.
- Farmhouse-style kitchen.
- Living room with log burner.
- Garden room.
- Prices include central heating, electricity, welcome pack and use of all linen and bedding (except for use in cots).
- There is ample parking.
White Lodge Farm is ideally situated for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer - Thetford Forest, the varied coastline, the Broads and Norwich are all within an hour's drive. There are 12 golf courses in as many miles and the tracks and lanes around us are ideal for exploring on foot or bicycle, with many village pubs to stop at en route.
Larger parties may be interested in the Barn, which sleeps 12 guests plus infants.
