• The cottage retains many character features and consists of 4 bedrooms (plus a small box room for a single bed or cot), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), dining room, living room and a well equipped kitchen.
• There is a small enclosed patio at the back with a BBQ and has room for parking 1 car.
• Hob, Dishwasher, Music Centre, Oven, Central Heating, Fridge/freezer, Cot, High Chair, Microwave, Iron/ironing board, Barbecue, DVD player, TV, Hair Dryer.
• Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bedding and towels provided.
• Changeover day - Saturday. Arrival 4pm and departure 10am.

Sidmouth is nestled in the sheltered valley between the red cliffs overlooking Lyme Bay, which forms part of the Jurassic Coastline is stunningly beautiful with an unparalleled range of natural features. This stretch of coast is famous for fossils.

Sidmouth also enjoys an excellent range of amenities including extensive shopping centre, supermarkets, cinema, theatre and library. There are golf courses, indoor swimming pool and tennis courts locally. There are also pleasant fishing villages of Beer and Seaton nearby. Exeter is a short distance away. Honiton, a nearby market town is a mecca for antique shops as well as cream teas, Honiton Lace and Devonshire ice-cream.

40% deposit payable at time of booking. This is non-refundable unless we re-let the property. Balance due 4 weeks before the holiday. Payment by cheque. Refundable damage deposit £200. Minimum stay one week.
