 Cwmpiban provides superb, very private holiday accommodation for families and groups of up to eight people. The barn's spacious and well decorated interior includes many original features. Nestling into the side of Rhulen Hill it gives panoramic views of the delightful Edw Valley.
The fully carpeted accommodation consists of: A large fully-fitted kitchen/breakfast room - with washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer and sufficient cookware and cutlery to inspire the most devoted chef. A large dining room to seat eight adjoining a separate living room with French windows opening on to a patio and enclosed garden. Living room has inglenook fireplace (oil fired stove), comfortable furniture and colour TV/video. The oil fired central heating is more than comfortable for a winter stay. Two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower. Two twin bedrooms. Large family bathroom. Separate WC and cloakroom. Linen is provided. Central heating and electricity included in the rental. Payphone (mobiles don't work in this area). Pets welcome under strict control as sheep nearby. Cwmpiban is amongst the farmland and mountains of Radnor's beautiful Wales Border country. It gives children the safety of a separate garden and patio whilst providing almost immediate access to heather-clad moors and tumbling waterfalls.
The Royal Welsh showground is only a 20 minute drive away and places such as Hay on Wye, Brecon and The Radnor Forest are nearby. Footpaths and commons are open as Foot and Mouth is now eliminated from the area.
