Welcome to a beautiful cottage situated near Duns in the Scottish Borders. Yew Trees cottage is totally refurbished to a very high standard and was completed in June 2008. This converted coach house is situated next to the main house of a private estate 2 miles from the old market town of Duns in Berwickshire. It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday but serves equally well as a base for the cultural attractions in Edinburgh. For the more actively inclined, activities on the doorstep include walking, riding, fishing, shooting, sailing and golf. It is also within easy driving distance of the coast with its excellent beaches and rocky coves, interesting harbours and historic Berwick-upon-Tweed.
The Accommodation: Fitted kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table seats 6. Sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, DVD, and hifi. 2 bedrooms - 1 kingsize, 1 twin. Cot and Z-bed available on request. Bathroom with separate bath and powerful shower; ample hot water. Oil-fired central heating, £25 surcharge from October to March. Double glazing throughout. Linen and towels included. High chair available.  Outside: - Situated 200m away from the main road.
