Culland Mount Farm has been carefully divided to provide a large holiday home where the front lounge has a wonderful bay window which takes in the glorious views. The house is situated in a small hamlet one mile from the village of Brailsford on the top of a hill commanding beautiful open views and you can enjoy walks through the farm and countryside.

Accommodation  
  • On entrance to the cottage you will find a very spacious lounge cum dining room with an open log fire and TV/Video/Radio/CD player and storage heating available throughout.
  • There is a lovely fully equipped pine kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
  • Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, one double which enjoys the beautiful views and one twin bedded.
  • There is a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath.
  • We provide linen, towels, logs and coal.
  • Enjoy peace and quiet on the front lawn with tables and chairs provided for your use.
  • Our cottage is non-smoking and pet free.
  • We have a 4 star rating with the English Tourist Board and place great emphasis on our high standards of housekeeping, a point regularly commented on by guests and the Tourist Board Inspector alike.

  • In the local village of Brailsford you will find a well stocked shop together with a village pub.
  • Within a mile radius of the cottage you can enjoy various pubs and eating places.
  • We offer a well stocked bookshelf of local information together with various books and magazines.
  • Our nearest town Ashbourne is 6 miles away; in this Georgian town you will find the modern conveniences of a small town including a Tourist Information.
  • Ashbourne is the Gateway to the Peaks where you can enjoy the beautiful National Peak Park and glorious nature spots including Dovedale and discover the home of the famous Stilton Cheese in Hartington to name but a few.
