How to Find Us
Get to Patterdale at the south end of Ullswater. Fifty yds. south of the Post Office & White Lion, turn east at a sharp bend, over a narrow bridge & follow that lane for 200 yds. then turn right. Pass four bungalows on left & a large oak tree. Rookings is the next house on the left. No parking here so continue for 30 yds. & make a U turn through the field gate marked Rookings.
Note about bed-linen: Two duvets are provided but not duvet covers. You also need to bring a bottom sheet for each bed and pillow cases and towels.
