 Comfortable modern accommodation situated within its own private garden of approximately 1/3 of an acre. It sits in a corner of a working croft and is situated by the sea. It offers breathtaking views across the Sound of Sleat to Knoydart and Loch Hourn. An ideal location for sailing, kayaking, fishing, hill walking and observing wildlife. Alternatively it is perfect for rest and relaxation, it's your choice! - A midge machine runs throughout the summer months.

Ground floor: The first bedroom is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. The kitchen has an 8 burner gas range cooker with a grill and two ovens. There is also a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, a traditional double Belfast sink, large storage cupboard and a farmhouse kitchen dresser. The utility room has ample storage for boots and coats and also contains the washing machine and tumble drier. The living room has an open fire and comfortable seating with satellite TV. The dining room contains a family sized table with seating for eight people. A CD player is present. The front hall has an extensive library and selection of board games. Upstairs: - The second bedroom is a double bedroom.
