Crosswaye is set in mature grounds along a very pleasant, quiet lane in the village of Brancaster. Step out of the door and within a few minutes you can be on the Norfolk Coast Path looking over reedbeds, saltmarshes and sand dunes towards Brancaster Beach and Brancaster Staithe harbour. Brancaster beach with its golden sands is just over a mile walk or five minute drive away. - The famous bird reserves at Titchwell, Holme, Snettisham and Cley are a short distance from the bungalow.
- In the summer you can visit Scolt Head Island, a boat ride from Burnham Overy Staithe.
- Brancaster has its own pub and shop which are a 10 minute walk away.
- Burnham Market is within 15 minutes drive and will meet all your shopping needs.
- If you are interested in historic houses Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton are within easy reach and well worth a visit.

Accommodation & Facilities:  Sleeps 4 + 2. One large bedroom with kingsize bed and one bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed available which sleeps two and single camp bed. Large lounge with colour TV and DVD player. Dining area with table that seats 6. Garden room. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and electric cooker. Utility room with Belfast sink, additional fridge/freezer and washing machine plus airing cupboard which is ideal for drying boots and coats. Bathroom with large walk in shower. Mature garden with summer house, garden chairs and BBQ. Off road parking for at least 3 cars. Pets by arrangement. No Smoking. Central heating and double glazed windows. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
