Cross Farm Cottage is situated four miles north-east of the delightful estuary market town of Kingsbridge in the beautiful South Hams, with its stunning coastline, peaceful countryside and historic towns and villages.
 
The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the area. Kingsbridge is a leisurely 10-minute drive; Slapton Sands and nature reserve are 15 minutes; Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes 20 minutes. Fine beaches including Bantham, Bigbury, Thurlestone and Hope Cove are within easy reach; Dartmoor is 40 minutes. Nearer to home, there's an excellent pub/restaurant in our local village just one mile away.
 Peaceful setting
Cross Farm Cottage adjoins our lovely 14thC Devon long-house, yet is completely self-contained with its own entrances and full central heating system. Tucked away amid hills and deep-cut lanes, it offers peace and quiet, spacious home-from-home accommodation and wonderful rural views. Guests can relax in our field and large gardens, including two south-facing walled gardens. We also have a games barn with table tennis, darts and a pool table, and there's ample parking for cars/boats.

Kitchen/diner (15 x 10 ft) - with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine. Cloakroom with WC, washbasin. Upstairs - Double bedroom (12 x 11 ft) with king-size bed, washbasin, wardrobe, window seat.
