 Situated in lush farmland in the valley between Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite Lake, Crookelty Farmhouse and Crookelty Byre boast spectacular all round fell views with Skiddaw to the North and Grizedale Pike and Catbells to the South. The properties are in the charming hamlet of Millbeck, just 2 miles from the bustling market town of Keswick with its pubs, restaurants, theatre and many other attractions.
Accommodation Both self-contained properties have loads of character and boast real fires and exposed oak beams as well as all modern conveniences and central heating. The properties really are stunning and are decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. The outside areas comprise a garden, a patio and parking for up to 3 cars for each property. The garden and parking areas are shared. For large parties (up to 13) the two properties can be let together as they have internal dividing doors which, when unlocked, allow access from one side to the other without the need to go outside. The Farmhouse and Byre and the grounds are strictly non-smoking. Children and pets are very welcome. Prices include all linen and towels, electricity and heating plus logs for the fire. There is a cot and high chair available at no extra charge. Crookelty Farmhouse - A fabulous old house with masses of old fashioned charm, it sleeps up to 7 plus a cot.

- There are 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a family room with a double and a single bed.
Crookelty Byre - A gorgeous converted byre and hayloft, sleeping up to 6, with a cosy sitting room, a dining kitchen and a downstairs twin bedroom with en-suite shower.
- Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a large bathroom.
