The seven acre property enjoys loch frontage on the south shore of Loch Rannoch and offers magnificent views. The house and cottages are built from local stone dating back to the 1760's. The beautiful gardens extend to the water's edge, where there is a jetty and a small stone beach. Windsurfers and canoeists can literally walk down to the jetty from the cottages to enjoy their activities. The cottages have a 2 star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board. Location - The local village is the lovely Kinloch Rannoch which has a local village store, pub, post office, tearoom, petrol station and hotel.
 - Pitlochry and Aberfeldy are the nearest towns and are about a 45 min drive away. Pitlochry, famed for its summer festival, provides extensive shopping including local crafts and places of historical interest.
- The famous Blair Castle boasts of the only private army in the land as well as holding public pageants and highland games in the summer.
- Enthusiasts of rambling, hiking and climbing are spoilt for choice in Loch Rannoch. Craig Varr and Schiehallion are two of the most popular local climbs. Schiehallion is world famous as the mountain from which the mass of the earth was first measured. Its characteristic shape dominates the spectacular scenery and it is known as the centre point of Scotland. It offers several different climbs, from those for gentle walkers to those for experienced climbers.
 - Nestled in the Highlands, the property offers magnificent views for keen photographers.
- Birdwatchers will also enjoy the variety and abundance of species.
- Of course it wouldn't be Scotland without golf: Virtually every town has its own course. They vary in difficulty but all share in the beauty of their surroundings. World famous courses such as St. Andrew's, Carnoustie and Gleneagles are all within 2 hours drive.
- Fishing enthusiasts may fish from the shoreline, a boat, or a canoe as the property has its own permit.
As the owners, we feel that "Croiscrag" provides the perfect setting to unwind, to pursue the numerous outdoor activities or to simply enjoy the relaxing surroundings, so please come visit and enjoy it for yourselves.
