Situated on top of St Daniels Hill, overlooking Pembroke and its medieval castle, Croft West has spectacular views of the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside, including the Preseli mountains to the north. Only a ten minute walk into Pembroke itself, and with plenty of idyllic beaches to choose from a mere ten minute drive away, this spacious and comfortable detached property has everything you could want for your dream holiday.
ACCOMMODATION Croft West has five good size bedrooms: On the first floor - 1 double, 1 twin and a family room containing a single bed, which pulls out to form a large double (with 2 mattresses side by side), and a double sofa bed. On the second floor there are two attic rooms - 1 double and 1 twin. There is a bathroom on the first floor with w.h.b, w.c, bidet and a separate shower cubicle. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with an overhead electric shower, w.h.b and w.c. There is a lovely south facing conservatory with overhead vines. An idyllic place to have your morning coffee! There are two comfortable lounges complete with modern T.V, D.V.D/Video recorder, Hi-Fi (with iPod connection), puzzles, games and all the comforts of home. There is a very spacious kitchen/diner, complete with two ovens, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge/freezer. OUTSIDE - Croft West is the only property situated down a quiet no through road, which also leads to a very pretty disused church.
