Situated on top of St Daniels Hill, overlooking Pembroke and its medieval castle, Croft West has spectacular views of the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside, including the Preseli mountains to the north. Only a ten minute walk into Pembroke itself, and with plenty of idyllic beaches to choose from a mere ten minute drive away, this spacious and luxurious detached property, which has been modernised to a very high standard, contains everything you could want for your dream holiday.

ACCOMMODATION

Croft West has five good size bedrooms:
On the first floor - 1 double, 1 twin and a family room containing a single bed, which pulls out to form a large double (with 2 mattresses side by side), and a double sofa bed.
On the second floor there are two attic rooms - 1 double and 1 twin.
There is a luxurious bathroom on the first floor, which also contains a superb thermostatic mixer shower complete with rainshower head, and a modern w.h.b and w.c.
There is also a large modern walk in shower on the ground floor, together with modern w.h.b and w.c.
There is a lovely south facing conservatory with overhead vines. An idyllic place to have your morning coffee!
There are two comfortable lounges complete with modern T.V, D.V.D/Video recorder, Hi-Fi (with iPod connection), puzzles, games and all the comforts of home.
There is a very spacious, modern kitchen with corian worktops, combined with bespoke, traditional solid oak units, a lovely contrast of 'old and new'. Complete with range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, double drawer dishwasher and double sink.
There is also a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which also houses the modern solar water tank and combi boiler.

OUTSIDE

Croft West is the only property situated down a quiet no through road, which also leads to a very pretty disused church.
There is a walled garden, paved patio and further lawns, ideal for children to play and everybody to enjoy those peaceful summer evenings.

A great base for large holiday gatherings of families and friends.
