Spectacular views accross the surrounding countryside to the magnificent Galloway Hills are witnessed from the large double glazed patio sliding windows which provide access onto the front lawn and patio. The cottages provide a great touring base to explore the wonderful area of Galloway with opportunities to pursue various outdoor activities including hill walking, rambling, cycling, fishing (our own private trout and salmon fishing by arrangement), sailing, golfing, horseriding or driving round some of the quaint little seaside ports, perhaps a visit to the famous "Booktown" of Wigtown and its neighbouring village of Bladnoch complete with its own distillery.
