 A one-bedroomed apartment with an en-suite bathroom, Crocus was formed from the ground floor of a beautifully converted tythe barn at Stancombe Manor near to the South Devon coast, between Dartmouth and Salcombe. It is situated in 21 acres of outstanding natural beauty including cider orchards, woodland and carefully kept gardens. Crocus opens directly onto gardens with a barbecue, and the tennis court and indoor pool are close by. Close to Frogmore and conveniently located for both coast and moors, its nearest beach is Slapton Sands (pictured) 3 miles away at Torcross.
The cottage offers:  Twin bedroom with ample storage. En-suite bathroom. Kitchen including dishwasher and complete range of other equipment. Dining area seating four. Lounge which includes a TV and DVD player; also DVDs and CDs, books and games. Ground-floor level throughout - no steps. Cot and high-chair available if needed. Well-behaved pets welcome. Tariff includes all electricity, heating, hot water and bed linen (please bring your own towels and cot linen).
