 A small but cosy detached character cottage within easy walking distance of the facilities of Storrington village, only a few hundred yards from footpaths leading up to South Downs. The property is compact and ideal for 2 people. However, there is space and facilities for 3. Car not essential. - Storrington village is a short level walk away. Facilities include 3 pubs (all serving food), 4 Restaurants, 2 Takeaways and a Fish & Chip shop. A good size supermarket and wide range of shops can also be found there.
- Both Catholic and C of E churches are within 5 minutes walk of the property.
 - An extensive network of footpaths can be accessed from extremely close to the Cottage enabling walks and rambles without needing a car.
- Parham House with its extensive gardens is located on the outskirts of the village.
- Many places to visit in the area including Amberley, Arundel and many attractive villages with inviting hostelries.
- Working Museums at Amberley Chalk Pits and Singleton.
- Pulborough Brooks RSPB reserve only 5 miles from the property.
- Goodwood House and Race Courses (for both horse racing and car racing) are only 45 minutes drive from the property.
 - Brighton, Chichester and Worthing are each less than 25 miles away.
- The coast can be easily reached in 30 minutes.
- A number of golf courses can be found close by.
- Visitors without a car can be collected and returned to Pulborough railway station (by arrangement).
The Accommodation consists of: Lounge/Dining Room. Kitchen. Double Bedroom. Single Bedroom. Bathroom with Bath, Toilet and Washbasin (no shower due to sloping ceilings).
