• French doors lead out of the kitchen/dining area to a back garden with barbecue area and garden furniture.
• Generous private parking is provided at the rear of the property.
• To the front of the property is a walled garden, attractively designed with a lawn, shrubs, and rock garden.
• The open plan living room boasts stunning views across the golf course to the North Sea. It is very well equipped with wall mounted colour plasma television with integrated DVD player and digital freeview.
• Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms, both with spacious fitted wardrobes and solid pine furniture. Both rooms have wall mounted colour plasma televisions. High quality mattresses ensure a comfortable stay. The views from both bedrooms are exceptional (see photograph).
