Craigneish is situated in the popular seaside village of Trearddur Bay and forms the ground floor of two apartments in the building. It occupies a wonderful position, approximately 20 yards from the beach, with superb views over the bay and beyond to Holyhead Mountain.

Accommodation
Internally the property provides ideal family accommodation, benefitting from gas fired central heating, with one double bedroom, two twins, and one room with three beds, one bathroom, one shower room, a new and well equipped fitted kitchen and a 20ft sitting/dining room including wood burner. Wi-Fi internet connection.

There are lawned gardens at both the front and rear and ample parking for a number of cars.

Location

Trearddur Bay has a village store, a Spar, and a number of pubs and restaurants, with Holyhead being approximately three miles distant, having Tescos and Morrisons as well as a ferry port facilitating daily travel to Dublin.
The area is superb for walking, diving, climbing and of course sailing.
The A55 is approximately two miles distant for travel to Cheshire and the motorway network and there is an Intercity Rail connection from Holyhead to London Euston.
