Craigneen Cottage is a traditional fisherman's cottage which has been fully refurbished with an added conservatory from which to enjoy the uninterrupted views across the shore to the harbour and the rest of the village. It is ideal for bird watching and watching out for seals which come inshore to bask on the rocks. It is suitable for young and old alike as there are plenty of activities such as fishing from the rocks and the harbour, a flat, largely traffic free path from the village to Banff with panaromic views over the Moray Firth, for walkers, and two golf courses near at hand.
The county town of Banff is approx 3 miles to the east, and there is a coastal path between Whitehills and Banff which is very popular with walkers. Macduff is one mile further on and has a working harbour, also a fine marine aquarium. Golfers are well catered for at Duff House Royal at Banff and Tarlair Golf Course at Macduff. Aberdeen is just under 50 miles away, approx one hour by car.

Downstairs: Kitchen/dining area - dining table seats 6/conservatory with panoramic views. Washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, radio and CD player. Separate living room/bedroom with sofa bed, Sky TV and DVD player. Newly installed shower room with power shower. Under stair cupboard with iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.. Upstairs: Two bedrooms - one with double bed, one with single beds. Both bedroom have fitted wardrobes and extra storage space. Bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Cupboard for storing luggage etc. Additional information: Full gas central heating. Linen, towels and cleaning materials supplied. Starter pack with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Ample parking at front of cottage. Broadband and Sky TV.
