The cottage adjoins the farmhouse and is situated in quiet rural surroundings, also offering you the opportunity to walk in the countryside and by the River Kent. Within easy reach of the Lake District, 3/4 of a mile from the main Kendal to Windermere road A591. Villages of Staveley and Burneside 2 miles, Kendal 4 miles and Windermere 6 miles.

Bathroom - bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and airing cupboard with immersion heater.
Two bedrooms - 1 double room, 1 twin-bedded room.

Downstairs

Kitchen - fully equipped with fitted units, electric cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board.
Lounge/Dining room - coal effect gas fire and colour television.
