is a comfortable and peaceful site, on the outskirts of Staplehurst. It provides beautiful gardens and well equipped properties at very reasonable prices. There are currently 3 lodges available, and an oast house.

• All on one level; each lodge is fitted with a high level of modern and user friendly equipment. If there is ever a problem, there is a member of staff located on site.
• Every lodge has a television with a free view box (for extra digital channels), and there is a WIFI connection which can be accessed for an additional fee of £1.50 per day.
• There is a large garden area, with tables and chairs to use while you stay.
• Well behaved animals and children are welcome.
• There is access to washing machines and tumble dryers, again for an additional fee.
• The Oast House is fully equipped to a very high standard.
• Smoking is allowed! (but outside in summer months please!!!).
• A cot and high chair are available for younger residents.

• Also long term resident Edward the horse is always happy to see you. He loves carrots and apples, and he'd be more than happy for you to visit him during your stay.
• Basil lodge - sleeps 2 (shower).
• Thyme lodge - sleeps 3 (bath).
• Sleeps 3 adults or 2 Adults and 2 children (shower).
• Cradducks Farm Oast sleeps up to 7 (bath and showers).

There are many famous kent attractions near by such as the Hop Farm, the Kent and East Sussex steam railway, Leeds Castle, National Trust properties and much much more. Brochures on places to go are provided. Also if you fancy a walk, there are plenty of local foot paths, and Bedgbury Pinetum is a five minute drive from the site.
