LOCATION
A superbly located property presented to a high standard and available for weekly letting. Crabbe Cottage is approached from Crabbe Street via its own private staircase. Heating is by night storage radiators with an electric fire in the living-dining room. The cottage is ideal for a maximum of 4 adults. No children under 16 years. No pets. Post Office 200 yards. Overnight parking outside of property. All day free parking 200 yards on seafront. Disabled parking outside in Crabbe Street.
 Aldeburgh is 7 miles east of the A12 trunk road between Ipswich and Lowestoft. The unspoilt historic town offers the discriminating visitor a wide choice of traditional seaside holiday features and the Aldeburgh Festival. There is easy access to Minsmere Bird Reserve, the National Trust Heritage coastline at Orford Ness, Sutton Hoo and two local wineries. The nearest railway station is Saxmundham 8 miles and there is a regular scheduled train service between Lowestoft and Ipswich. At Ipswich change for regular mainline services to London and Norwich.
