Situated in the country village of Rollesby, Court House Cottages are four miles from the coast with magnificent sandy beaches ideal for walking and visiting the seaside. Three of the largest but quietest Broads are close by and are ideal for fishing or bird watching. Day boats can be hired locally.

The cathedral city of Norwich, with excellent shopping and restaurants is a half an hour drive.
There are many family attractions in the area from wildlife parks to theme parks to museums and places of historical interest.

Accommodation
This beautifully converted and well appointed cottage provides spacious and extremely comfortable accommodation for up to four guests.

Both bedrooms enjoy full en-suite accommodation making the cottage ideal for either families or two couples.
Outside is a large, private, enclosed garden ideal for families with young children or pets.
The living area is light and spacious. The carpeted lounge area has a three seater settee and two armchairs, coffee and side tables, T.V and video, radio/CD player and bookcase with books, games and children's videos.
The Dining area has seating for four.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, micro-wave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine.
Both bedrooms, (one double and one twin) are furnished to a high standard and both have en-suite bathrooms, each with high quality shower over the bath.
The cottage is fully provided with duvets, linen and towels.
The cottage has full oil-fired central heating under your complete control included in the booking price.
Well-behaved pets are very welcome.
Cot and highchairs are available.
