Located in a conservation area, The Counting House offers a warm welcome together with amazing panoramic views across the quayside, salt marshes and seascape beyond. The property was once part of period barns belonging to Manor Farm (now The Manor Hotel) in Blakeney. Beautifully renovated, the house is all you need for a luxury self catering break by the coast. 'Just for two' rates apply and we offer 3/4 night breaks out of peak and high season.

• Ground Floor Bedroom with ensuite shower room: overlooking the loke and wildfowl habitat, 5ft bed, dressing table, tv, and cosy underfloor heating.
• Mezzanine Floor: leads you to bedroom two (with twin beds), a bathroom and another shower room - both have the luxury of heated towel rails.
• Up a few steps and you reach the first floor sitting room, kitchen and dining area and the amazing views with comfortable seating to watch the boats and wonderful sunsets.
• Wood burning stove (for those chilly nights).
• Widescreen television, dvd/video player, radio/cd player.
• Selection of dvd's, videos, cd's, books and games.
• 'Shaker style' kitchen with Neff appliances - eye level oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, iron, table and six chairs.
• Plenty of glasses, utensils, pots and white crockery.
• Bedroom Three: A lovely twin room on the top floor with panoramic views over the salt marshes towards the shingle beach at Cley. All bedrooms are bright and spacious with bedside tables, wardrobes and lamp and wall lighting.
• The adjacent garden, a delightful sun trap, mainly features a terraced area with breakfast table for two, further dining area for six or more under a pergola and two parking spaces - valuable assets in Blakeney!
• In the adjoining boathouse you will find a freezer, useful second fridge, washer/dryer, BBQ, beach furniture, a water softener (serving all bathrooms) and the very important crabbing nets and lines.

• The house is so close to all amenities including a deli, well stocked supermarket, fish shop and gift shops.
• You will find a great variety of quality places to dine nearby. Coastal walks really do begin from the doorstep.
• Convenient for dinghy launching and water sports there are also daily trips to see the seals at Blakeney Point.
• The resort towns of Sheringham and Cromer are within easy reach as is the pretty Georgian town of Holt and the wonderful beaches at Wells and Holkham.
