 Dating from the Early to Mid 18th Century, this stone built studio was originally a barn attached to the drover's inn. The inn is now the owner's residence and the barn has been totally converted into compact and completely self contained holiday accommodation. - Situated on the hillside above the tiny hamlet of Otter Ferry, The Barn has wonderful views across the lovely garden to Loch Fyne with the hills of Kintyre beyond.
- Guests are welcome to make use of the garden.
- The Cowal Peninsula offers beautiful scenery and plenty of activities - sailing, windsurfing, fishing, golf, bird watching and hill walking.
- Close by, ferries give you access to explore Bute, Tarbert, The Mull of Kintyre, Isle of Arran or Gigha.
- Pub / Resturant by seashore - 350 metres.
Accommodation The comfortable living room has twin beds (bed linen is provided) and a modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Full central heating. Off the hallway is a bright modern bathroom with shower, bath, WC, wash hand basin, and heated towel rail etc. Fridge, microwave, cooker, colour TV. Heating and power included in price April/Sept; otherwise £10 per wk. The owner can provide freezer facilities and use of washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement.
