Early 19th Century Farmhouse at the end of a private track in a quiet small group of private residences on the original farm site. It is a mile above Pencelli, perched on the side of a beacon from which it takes its spring water. Pencelli has an excellent canalside village pub serving good food and an ancient Church renowned for its bell-ringing. Brecon is 5 miles.

Enclosed garden with a beautiful wooden terrace with BBQ and superb views across the valley.
