 Early 19th Century Farmhouse at the end of a private track in a quiet small group of private residences on the original farm site. It is a mile above Pencelli, perched on the side of a beacon from which it takes its spring water. Pencelli has an excellent canalside village pub serving good food and an ancient Church renowned for its bell-ringing. Brecon is 5 miles. - Sleeps 11 - 5 bedrooms.

Large sitting room with sofas, stone fireplace with open fire, excellent stereo and TV. Downstairs bedroom with fine double four poster. Upstairs to roof terrace and large conservatory with magnificent views across the valley. Bedroom 2 is large with king size four poster bed, ample storage space and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed. Bedroom 4 has a double and a single bed. Each has exceptional views of either the valley or the Black Mountains. Bedroom 5 has bunks. Family bathroom with bath and shower. Good quality linen and hand towels.
