COR COTTAGE is an 18th century fisherman's cottage situated in the heart of old Whitby within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and transport facilities. It fronts onto the cobbled Church Street, which leads to the famous 199 steps ascending to Whitby Abbey. The entrance to the cottage is through Arguments Yard. The immediate area has several good quality restaurants and pubs.

The Accommodation

The cottage is decorated to a high standard.
On the ground floor is a modern kitchen and a large lounge with dining area.
On the first floor is the bathroom and two bedrooms. The main bedroom is to the rear of the house and has a view down Arguments Yard towards the harbour. This room has an en-suite with toilet and shower. The other bedroom on this floor overlooks Church Street, and has two single beds.
The second floor bedroom has a king sized bed and a single bed.
Private patio area at the rear providing a pleasant opportunity for outdoor dining.
On a private yard leading down to the harbour.

Services:

Sky TV to lounge, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, ironing facilities, central heating, enclosed outside patio area with garden furniture.
All beds are provided with duvets and pillows. Please bring covers, pillowslips, sheets, towels and tea towels.
A private car parking space is available nearby free to guests.
Parking immediately outside the property for the purpose of loading and unloading.

One well behaved pet is welcome.
