• Coral Cottage is situated 150 yards from the Cliff top that overlooks the harbour of Seahouses from where you can take a boat trip to the famous Farne Islands, home to thousands of sea birds and seals.
• Seahouses is an old Northumbrian fishing village with its beautiful harbour overlooking the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle. There are shopping facilities, traditional pubs and restaurants. There is also a leisure centre and gymnasium.
• Coral Cottage is 300 yards from Seahouses Golf Course, three miles south of Bamburgh Castle (and Bamburgh Golf Course), two miles north of Beadnell Village/harbour, eight miles north of Dunstanburgh Castle, 15 miles south of Lindisfarne Island (Holy Island) and 12 miles north of Alnwick Castle and Gardens.
• From the cliff top footpath you can walk north to Bamburgh Castle along miles of beautiful unspoilt beaches or south along miles of beautiful unspoilt beaches to Beadnel Village/Harbour, Low Newton by the Sea, Dunstanburgh Castle, the fishing village of Craster, Alnmouth and Warkworth Castle.
