Coombe Cottage is a delightful, 200 year-old traditional, end-terraced cottage with exposed beams and updated extensions overlooking farmland views. With accommodation for up to 5 people this four star Coombe Cottage combines both character and charm with the comforts of modern life. Sympathetically restored, it is beautifully furnished to an extremely high standard with quality furnishings and attention to detail, offering stylish and comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation all year round. Logs cut to burn on a wood fire burner and a large garden for al-fresco dining, our cottage has a panoramic view over the unspoilt rural landscape.

The cottage is minutes away from the heart of the village.

A short walk brings you to the New Inn pub, which offers a wide variety of home cooked food and real ale.
With exposed beams, a wood fired burner, large garden and quiet setting, this picturesque Devon cottage has all the facilities to ensure that you have everything required to enjoy your stay.
Ideally suited whether you need a summer or winter holiday, an Easter or Christmas break or for young or for old alike!

Accommodation

The cottage boasts stripped pine flooring throughout and rugs with slate tiles in the kitchen.
A downstairs cloakroom leads into a cosy beamed lounge with a wood fire burner and leather settees, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Wi-Fi available.
The spacious garden room is where one can dine overlooking the garden.
A fully equipped kitchen with quality fitted units provides all the facilities required for self-catering, including a hob, cooker, integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
A separate utility room comprises a washing machine and tumble drier with a Belfast sink.
Downstairs there is a white shower room with WC and sink.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a high beamed ceiling with traditional stone fireplace. There is a double bed with co-ordinating furnishings and fitted cupboards.
A second bedroom has twin beds and pine chest of drawers and a single room has a single bed with pine wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The bathroom features a modern white suite, WC sink and bath.
There is a patio with garden furniture, gas barbecue and large lawned area which provides an excellent opportunity for all to enjoy the many games provided. Also included are bikes, golf clubs and beach games!
All hot water, central heating and electricity are included in the price. Quality bed linen, towels, cleaning materials and guest toiletries are provided plus logs during the winter months. For younger children we provide a travel cot, high chair, stair gate, baby changing mat, potty, baby toiletries.
A welcome tray is presented upon your arrival.
