Semi-detached 400 year old cottage built out of Cotswold stone with exposed beams and log fire. Situated in the Golden Valley two miles out of Stroud, just off the A419 in the village of Brimscombe.

The cottage is available all the year round, including winter weekends and short breaks.
The property has very steep stairs and is not suitable for the disabled.

Village post office and shops.
Stroud, the main town, is 2 miles away with farmers market on Saturdays as well as usual shops and supermarkets.

40 minutes from the M4 (Junction 15), 15 minutes from the M5 (Junctions 11A or 13), 2.5 miles from Stroud mainline station (direct service from London Paddington).
Thames and Severn canal with towpath walks just yards away.
Minchenhampton Common is less than 2 miles away - an area of over 500 acres of open land owned by the National Trust.
Within easy reach of Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gatcombe, Badminton and Bath, the majority of the Cotswolds is within one hour's drive.
The area is ideal for walkers and dogs are most welcome.
