 COMBE COTTAGE - a 17th Century oak beamed cottage, with open log fires and cooking on an Aga... in a quiet unspoilt part of Somerset, tucked away in the Mendip Hills. - The cottage stands on its own in beautiful gardens with extensive views over the hills.
- It boasts its own woodlands and nature conservation valley, where you are free to roam, and children can play.
Location - It is situated between the two villages of Holcombe and Stoke St Michael, both within a short walking distance, offering two pubs, and small country restaurant, along with the village store for provisions.
- The area is full of interesting places to visit, all within an easy drive, the steam Railway of East Cranmore is five minutes away, and the City of Wells with its Cathedral and quaint shops.
- Glastonbury and the Tor are nearby for a mystical day out.
- The Georgian City of Bath is 20 minutes drive.
