are situated in the beautiful Axe Valley near the Devon/Dorset border, under 3 miles from the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site. Both Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are around 20 minutes drive and the unique Seaton Tramway can take you to the coast alongside the River Axe.

Colyton, a small town with a village atmosphere, provides local pubs, restaurant, general store, butchers, pharmacy and post office all within five minutes stroll. Nearby river, countryside and coastal walks are popular with guests. Axe Cliff, Golf Course (18 hole-par70 5969 yds) is no more than ten minutes drive. It boasts spectacular views overlooking the famous Jurassic coastline from many of its holes.

• We have a choice of four cottages, all well equipped with washer/dryers, TV, microwave etc.
• Well behaved pets welcome at no extra charge.
• Short breaks, particularly out of season are often possible.
• Electricity, bed linen, towels are all included.
• We have ample off road car parking for our guests convenience.
• Younger guests can be provided with cots, high chairs at no extra charge, please bring own bedding for cots.
• Use of our pretty garden with tables and chairs provided is welcomed.
• Smoking is not permitted in the cottages.

Coach and Stable cottages are arranged on two floors providing a double bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed.

Bramble and Briar cottages are single storey making them ideal for guests who may find stairs difficult. Bramble has two single beds, Briar a double.

We can also provide, for a small extra charge, a full English Breakfast at the main house, The White Cottage, situated within the grounds.
