 A 17th Century barn with original features has been restored into three cottages set around a shared courtyard surrounded by the owner's farmland in mid Suffolk. One of the cottages is on a single level and has been designed for wheel chair bound guests. Each cottage has exposed beams, wooden floors, open brickwork and fully fitted to the highest standard. Each kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The sitting/dining room in each cottage has a sofa, easy chair, colour TV, video and CD/radio. All cottages have individually controlled oil-fired central heating with adjustable thermostats on the radiators. Smoke alarms and water softeners are also part of the fittings. A laundry room with washer dryer and ironing facilities are also available for our guests. The village of Cotton is ideally situated to visit many of Suffolk's attractions. Coastal and historical towns, houses, castles, craft centres and gardens are all within an hour by car.
In the village the local pub 'The Trowel and Hammer' serves good quality food and the local shop/post office is within 2 miles of the cottages.
We are also happy to arrange short breaks for any of our guests.
