 Coastguard Cottage, circa 1860, is a little haven with cosy but spacious accommodation just 100 yards from the beach. There are two double bedrooms, each with sea views. The first is spacious with a double bed, the second has a double bed with single bunk above. With the additional use of the sofa bed the cottage can sleep up to six people comfortably. A Z-bed is available. Large well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Beautifully furnished sitting room with separate dining area. Secluded and enclosed front and rear gardens. Crisp cotton linen, fluffy towels, full central heating and electricity included in price. Off street parking for two cars. Sorry no pets or smokers. Bembridge is a lovely village offering all the amenities you might need. It has an excellent butcher, greengrocer (farm grown) baker, general stores, delicatessen, newsagent, restaurants and pubs, bus service, post office etc. The acclaimed Crab and Lobster Inn, situated on the beach, is a couple of minutes walk and serves good home-made food, including fish specialties.
