Our attractive spacious detached bungalow, 3 miles from Banchory and 15 miles from Aberdeen on the A980 nestles on the lower slopes of Hill of Fare and catches the sunshine, dawn 'til dusk, during the long hot days of summer (it catches winter sunshine too!).
Accommodation (all on one floor) comprises:  1 double and 2 twin bedrooms fully equipped and with ample wardrobe space. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and whb. Separate toilet with whb. Lounge with tv, video, and dvd. Separate dining room. Spacious kitchen with dining area, electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and wall mounted tv. The house is equipped with total control electric heating and sits in an enclosed garden with parking for 2 cars. All bed linen and towels included.
