 Enjoy your holiday in this non-smoking, light, airy, modern and comfortable house, one of the few Scandia-Hus custom designed properties on the Isle of wight, relax outside on one of the three areas of decking around the house or in the 3/4 acre garden over looking the fields. Sleeps 10 - 11 + cot. Bring your dogs with you, fee by arrangement.
Location - Situated in the delightful hamlet of Brook, surrounded by farmland, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, a few minutes walk from the beaches of Brook and Compton well known for surfing.
- Lovely downland walks across the famous Tennyson Trail with stunning views over the Island. Red squirrels and pheasants often come into the garden.
- A 4 minute walk to the local pub, The Sun Inn offering traditional ales and homemade food.
- The busy sailing towns of Yarmouth and Cowes are not far away, with superb choices of tea rooms, restaurants (many offering locally caught seafood), and shops.
Accommodation
The Ground Floor: Spacious entrance hall. Single or small double bedroom. Large lounge with an open fireplace, comfy settes, 42" flat screen TV (free sat digital tv), DVD player, and double doors leading outside to a decking area. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, electric double oven, hob, fridge, freezer and a 5 stack cd player. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, overhead clothes airer, highchair and a door leading out to a second decking area. Large dining room with reading books and games. Newly fitted shower/cloakroom. 
The First Floor comprises a landing leading to 4 bedrooms: - One with a double bed ensuite.

Outside: - The property has a large entrance and plenty of space for parking.
- Relax and eat outside at the tables and chairs on the decking and enjoy cooking with the barbecue provided.
